At Pratham we don’t want to merely build homes; we want to build communities. Giving back to the society has been a focal point of our activities since inception. It is our way to reach out to the society and make a difference in our own small way.
PROMOTING HEALTHY LIVING
Pratham has tied up with Vinoba Bhave Ashram, a naturopathy centre and also made a significant contribution towards developing the Gujarat Nature Park.
CARING FOR CHILDRENPratham has collaborated with Shishugrah, an NGO in Vadodara for infants and children. We have provided water purifiers, washing machines, walkers, Magic cycles, toys, clothes etc. for the well-being of the children.
SPREADING JOY THROUGH CELEBRATIONSCelebrations are a beautiful way to show you care. Pratham has proactively been a part of many such celebrations, spreading smiles to many lives.
- Uttarayan Celebrations with Shishugrah Don Bosco Snehalaya children: (January 2017)
We distributed woollens, bedding, socks, and towels in the school. We also make sure to re-stock any item as and when required.
- Navratri Celebrations with Ankodia Villagers: (Oct 2016)
Pratham celebrated Navratri with the villagers of Ankodia, spreading warmth and happiness.
- Independence Day Celebrations with Don Bosco Snehalaya children: (August 2016)
We shared some memorable moments with children at Don Bosco Snehalaya. It was an entertaining event with music, dance, food and games.
The celebration was also extended to Bal Gokuldham (A Juvenile Correction Home).
